Vitesse Arnhem penalized 18 points by the Dutch Football Association for financial violations

The Dutch Football Association's independent licensing committee has imposed an 18-point deduction on Vitesse Arnhem as a penalty for the club's failure to meet licensing requirements over an extended period.
